John started at the top by joining RE/MAX Main Line immediately after earning his real estate license in 1989. His first clients were builders of new construction. This early exposure to the construction industry has given him a leg up on his competition. John's knowledge of the home-building process benefits his clients of today, whether they are buying or selling a home.
John soon decided to focus solely on residential sales. He continued to build upon his early success and consistently ranks as one of the top Realtors on the Main Line and within the state of Pennsylvania. RE/MAX International awarded John the prestigious 100% Club designation from 1998 through 2003, the Platinum Club designation for outstanding sales volume from 2004 through 2012, the Chairman's Club designation from 2013 through 2015, and the even rarer Titan's Club in 2016. He was ranked #2 out of approximately 3000 RE/MAX agents in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and #54 in the United States. Last year, John sold 73 homes. He is known for his enthusiastic, high-energy approach and for quickly finding solutions to his clients concerns. John is an experienced, tough negotiator.
