Frequently asked questions...
Q: Is it possible to buy and sell in the same day?
A: Yes. John can help you to negotiate and coordinate with the buyer of your existing home, the seller of your new home, the title company, the mortgage companies, etc. in order to enable you to sell in the morning and buy in the afternoon.
Q: What if seller can't give possession before we settle on our current home?
A: There are many options available to you. You can settle on your existing home and temporarily rent back from the new owners. There are also the options of obtaining temporary "swing" financing, corporate housing, etc. John can discuss these options with you in detail and help you determine what would be best for you.
Q: Should I put my home on market before buying a new home?
A: Probably not. In today's market, you are better off identifying your next home before undergoing the selling process. The key is to negotiate a long settlement period once you find a new home that excites you. John will work very closely with you in order to create a seamless transaction.
Q: Can this really be done?
A: Absolutely! With John as your agent, you can meet and exceed your real estate goals.
